| FEE SCHEDULE 2012-2013 ACADEMIC YEAR
Dear Parents,
One of the greatest opportunity in Canada is in fact that we have a choice where we send our children to school. At Khalsa Community School, Brampton, we consider it a privilege to join with you in educating your child(ren).
At the time of admission, all new students are required to undergo some testing. The tuition fees will be as follows, to be paid either by :
1. Lumpsome on or before June 1, 2012 OR
2. 7 Equal monthly payments ( September 1 - March 30).
Minimum requirement at the time of admission is $2250 (includes Non-Refundable Administration Fee & one-time Capital Property Development Fund). Balance can be paid in 7 equal payments.
PLEASE NOTE : ALL TUITION FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MARCH 30, 2013.

* One Way Bus Charges $1100 for 1st child & $600 for the 2nd child.
New Admission - $ 250 Non-Refundable Administration Fee.
Capital Property Development Fund $600/family (Taxable reciept will be issued)
The estimated average cost per student is approximately $ 8700. The difference Khalsa Community School, Brampton between the actual cost and tuition we must raise through increased enrolment, Khalsa Community School donations and fundraising. (Please note that all donations are receiptable for income tax purpose.)
Documents required for Kindergarten student/students coming from other
province/country:
* Birth Certificate
* Health Card
* Immunization Record
* Citizenship Card / Naturalization Document
* New Registrants are eligible for 50% tuition refund, if the child is
withdrawn by or before June 30.
* Tuition is not refunded after June 30.
* If the total fee is paid in full before June 30, 2012, you can receive a 1%
discount. For further information, please call the office at 905-791-1750.
* Parents are responsible to pay the full tuition amount even when the child is
withdrawn from school in the middle of the school session.
* Parents are advised and informed that only a portion of the tuition is
allowed to calculate the receiptable amount for income tax purposes.
