PARENTS INVOLVEMENT

Parents play an important role in the education of their children and have a responsibility to support the efforts of Khalsa Community School staff in maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.

Parents fulfill their responsibilities when they:

-Show an interest in their child’s school work and communicate regularly with the school.

-Help their child to be neat, clean and wear proper Khalsa Community School uniform.

-Ensure that their child attends school regularly, on time and promptly report their child’s absence or late arrivals.

-Become familiar with the code of conduct and school rules and assist school staff in dealing with disciplinary issues at home.

-Encourage their child to show manners, respect, civility and responsibility.
