MANDATORY CONSEQUENCES
Members of the school community are expected to use non-violent means to resolve conflict. Physically aggressive behavior is not a responsible way to interact with others. Insults, disrespect and other hurtful acts disrupt learning and teaching in school. Members of the Khalsa Community School have a responsibility to maintain an environment where conflicts and differences can be addressed in a manner established in the Code of Conduct.
A student will be immediately suspended for any of the following actions:
-Swearing at a teacher or another person in authority.
-Inflicting serious bodily harm or uttering threats.
-Any act of vandalism to Khalsa Community School property.
-Repeated detention and student incident reports.
-Failure to follow repeated instructions of teachers or any staff member to complete school assignments
-Repeated bullying where a student intentionally hurts another person, physically or mentally.
